The 107th Annual Meeting of the Company will
be held in the Wroxeter Community Hall,
Wroxeter, Ontario
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 27th
at 1:30 p.m.
PURPOSE:
1. To receive the Annual Statement and Auditor's
report.
2. To elect two 'directors to replace Max Demaray
and George Adams, both of whom are eligible
for re-election. •
3. To amend by-law #33-Directors Remuneration.
4. To consider amending the Company name to
the "Howick Mutual insurance Company."
5: To appoint an auditor for 1980.
6. To transact any . other business' 'which ma
rightly come before the meeting.

Mrs. William L. Boyd, 72,
of Seaforth died Thursday at
the Seaforth Community
Hospital.
The former Lena Jane
Miller, she was a member
the NorthSide United Church,
in Seaforth and an active
member of the UCW. Follow-
ing her marriage in' Brussels
to William Boyd in 1928 the
couple farmed in McKillop
Township for 40 years, 'retir-
ing to Seaforth in 1968. She

members present.
Plans were made for the
Mother and Daughter Ban-
quet on February 19' at 6:30
in the United Church.
On February 24, the
Brownies arid Guides will be
at the Anglican Church Ser-
vice for Thinking Day. Also

trip in the spring for the'

The meeting was adjourn-
ed and coffee was served.

Feb. 9 at 4 p.m. at the R.S.
Box funeral home in Sea-
forth. The Rev.' J.G. Van-
slyke officiated. Temporary
entombrnent was at the Pio-
neer Mem—orial 'mausoleum
with burial later at the Mait-
land Bank Cemetery in Sea-
forth.
Pallbearers were: Stanley
Hillen, Tommy Miller, Ger»
ald 'Miller, Michael Coyne,
Louis Duffy and John Oke.
Flower bearers were: Lorne
Dennis and William Kelly.
