and the visitations
were noted. Mrs. Smith
received the offering,
dedicated by Mes. D.
Neilson. Mrs. Neilson chose
the meditation on the making
and meaning of the Book of
John.

The February meeting
of Unit #2 of Gorrie United
Church Women was held at

'Quilt batts were donated
by Mrs. Jas, Alcorn and Mrs.,
D. Clegg for the several
relief quilts to be made for
bale in May. A special
collection was taken for
shut-ins and the Dominion
Life Choir presentation was
announced "for May 27th in
the Gorrie United Church.
The worship service
prepared by Mrs. Cecil
Grainger, and Mrs.. Max Bell
was presented by Mrs.
Grainger on Christian
Stewardship.
The roll call, "How I
regard Christian Steward-
ship: was answered by 14
members. Mrs. Bell closed
the meeting with prayer.
Mrs. John McCutcheon
