December's Bingo champion was Mr. Alex McDonald and this month's bowling champ was Mr.. John McMurray. ' On Tuesday, December 11th, the 1st Brussels Brown- ies and. Girl Guides came to sing Christmas Carols. After- ., wards,. the Guides greeted each resident individually. Visits by. the Brussels Brown- ies and Guides • are always enjoyed. On. Tuesday, December 18th, caravan Clothes came to Callander. This Toronto- based company arrived in the morning with a very large selection Omen's and wona-• en's clothing. The models for the afternoon fashion show were selected and they•spent considerable time, choosing their outfits for the show. The residents who modelled for this ,occasion were: Mrs. Olive Dunbar, Mrs. Margar- et *Taggart, Mrs. Cora., Gibson, Mrs. Maggie Mc- Donald, Mr. Charles. Buck and Mr. Frank Dunn. Mrs. Betty Graber, our Director of Brussels Legion host the local zone playoffs, with a championship game to be played on Sunday at 12:30.
