STEPHENSON — SANGSTER
Katherine Letitia Sangster and James William Ross
Stephenson were united in marriage on September 29,
1979 at Carmel Presbyterian Church, in Hensall. The bride
is the daughter of Marion Sangster, Hensall and Mr. and
Mrs. Ross Stephenson are the parents of the groom. Linda
Traquair was matron of honour and bridesmaids were •
Bonnie Gould, Donna Mitchell and Jean Whytolk. Brian
Rintoul was best man while Leslie Stephenson, Robert
Mitchell and Jeff Sangster acted as usherS. FolloWing a -
trip to Northern Ontario. The couple has taken up
residence at R.R.#1, Ethel.

insurance.
The Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act came into effect on
December 1st, 1979. Now Ontario residents must have insurance to
register any motor vehicle. Drivers can no longer pay $150 into the
Motor Vehicle Accident Claimg Fund and register a vehicle without
insurance. The MVAC Fund did not provide insurance; it compen-
sated the victim of an accident and made the driver responsible for
payment of the claim.
The deadline for car registration renewal is. February 29,1980.
To register any motor vehicle you must have a minimum of
$100,000 third party liability insurance. If you want more information
on the new Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, pick up a pam-
phlet at Vehicle Licensing Offices and Driver Examination Centres, or
