BELLCORA BELL
Mrs. Cora (Speir) Bell died
Saturday, November 17 in a
nursing home in Streetsville
in her 87th year.
She was born in Morris
Township, the daughter of
the late James. Speir and.
Mary McCrae. She married
Edwin Turner Bell and lived
most of her life in and around
Toronto.

She was pre deceased by
her husband, two brothers,
Harold and John and two
sisters Carrie (Mrs. Garfield
Dunbar) and Elizabeth.
She is survived by several
neices and nephews and a
sister-in-law, Amy Speir.
The funeral was held from
the Turner and Parker
funeral home Mississauga
and burial in Prospect Park
Cemetery, Toronto.

Jiagge,' Lee Tai. Young. 'She
expressed how the six
women have devoted their
lives to relieve human
suffering and extend love
and support to all man kind.
This was followed by a
questionnaire completed by
each member present
indicating the importance of
different positions held by
the Women of the Chruch.
Donna Knight welcomed
the members and presided
for the business portion. All
officers were returned by
acclamatin for 1980. Helen
Elliott was elected to obtain a
suitable gift for the Nursing
Home. As it has been
customary in the past to
remember shut-ins at
Christams, Rose Marie is to
obtain a poinsetta for
patients at Huronview, the
Callander Nursing Home,
local hospitals and any con-
fined to their homes.
Mary Heuther invited the
Guild to hold the Chirstmas
meeting at her home, on
Wednesday December 12
with the usual gift exchange.

Michelle and Tim both be-
fore and after I was in the
hospital. Also thank you to
everyone for their cards,
gifts and visits while I was in
