I'd' like to thank all those
who took note of my humble
plea that I wanted to learn
how to bake more than bran
muffins and chocolate cakes.
Obviously a lot of people
took my plea to heart as all
three newspapers Brussels,
Blyth and Seaforth were
bombarded with responses.
And they say you can't get
people to respond to things
like that in the paper.
I'm glad that so many
people were considerate
enough to take the time and
write out those recipes. The
result is a cookbook that's
going to be a fun exploration
for a lot of people, including
myself.
Of course, it might mean a
lot of trouble for my mother if

before over the messy cup-
board just think of how she'll
feel now. Sorry, mom I just
hope you're prepared to pick
up after me, one thing at a
time.
And when my cookbook
from the paper gets a bit
tattered and worn looking,
which with me should be in
about two weeks time, I shall
run right out and buy either a
