held a Remebrance Day
Assembly on Friday, Nov-
ember 9th. Patricia Tenpas
introduced the program with
a short poem. O'Canada was
accompanied by Sharon Exel
on the piano. Wendy Martin
gave the Bible reading. Gary
Pipe led for the Lord's
Prayer. Jeff Culbert read a
poem entitled "Tubal Cain."
The audience then sang
"Last Night I Had The
Strangest Dream" accom-
panied by Mrs. Cousins
with the piano and Mr. Scott
with the guitar. Kevin John-
ston read an article about the
purpose of the poppies. A,

successful UNICEF drive. A.
total of $109.86 was collected

this very worthy cause.

adian Legion supplied a film
,entitled "That Other April."
The assembly • closed with
"God Save The Queen"
accompanied by Chris King
at the piano. Cadets Paul Ten-

lois and Kevin Cowie formed
an honour guard at the door.
