Heather Lynn Campbell of Kitchener wasn't
smiling and she didn't seem too sure what was
going on when the photographer snapped this
picture of her enjoying her meal at the Belgrave
turkey supper on Wednesday night. Heather is
the daughter of Gordon Campbell, a former
Belgrave resident.

RUTLEDGE
Hartley Allan Rutledge of
Brussels died in Wingham
and District Hospital on
Wednesday, October 3rd,
1979. He was 59 years of age.
He was the son of the late
John E. Rutledge and Mary
Agnes (Garton).
Surviving are his wife the
former Kathleen (Kitty)
Marg. Roberts of Brussels,
two sons, Gordon and Ken-
neth of Brussels; one brother
Brussels; two aunts, Mrs.
Edna Clegg, of Toronto and
Mrs. Margaret Rutledge of
Brussels.
He was predeceased by
one brother, John N. of Port
Huron.
A carpenter by trade he
served in World War II and
was a member of Brussels
Legion Branch 218.
Funeral Service was held
at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October
5th, 1979 from the M.L.
Watts Funeral Home.
"Brussels" Chapel Rev.
Eric LeDrew, Legion Padre,
conducted the Funeral
Service.
A Legion Memorial
Service was held at the
Funeral Home, Thursday
evening at 9:00 p.m. under
the auspices of Brussels
Branch 2;18.
Pallbearers were George
Davidson, Frank Thompson,
John Clark, Louis Blake, Al
Logan, and Spence Scott.
Flower bearer was Barry
Currie.
Burial took place in
Brussels Cemetery.
