Each county served by United Breeders Incorpor- ated, the sponsoring organ- ization, has a quota of up to five competitors per section. They must be over 15 years old and are selected by the 4-H co-ordinator of their county on the basis of their 4-H record. Division winners (quiz, essay, sheWmanship, call) will receive 25 silver, 'dol- lars. Overall winners will be determined by . a point , sys- tem based on their perform- ance in all divisions. The winner, will receive 75 silver dollars on a silver tray.
