Travellers not familiar
with Brussels streets during
the past week or so, have
been having trouble finding
their way out of Brussels.
The detour signs have
been directing traffic, going
south from Brussels, west on
the fifth of Morris. This
confuses some folks.
When they finally reach
the fifth of Morris, having
had to detour around streets
to do so, they expect to find a
Brussels street having a
detour sign pointing south.
When they fetid themselves
beyond the western outskirts

of Brussels they think they
have missed the detour sign.
They turn around land come
back looking for it again only
to find they must retrace
their steps and go a mile and
a quarter before they find the
detour sign pointing south.
The detour problems arise
from sewer construction
which now is underway on
Turnberry Street.
Even local residents have
their problems getting
around when encountering
"Road Closed" signs in
unexpected places.
