Meeting on
refugees to be
held in Wingham
Are you interested in spon-
soring a refugee?
Many Canadians every-
where, shocked by the sad
plight of these people, have
opened their hearts, and
horresin an effort to alleviate
the suffering of some of
them. With no place to
shelter them but refugee
camps and no place to go to
start anew, their future is
indeed bleak. They need
help!
If you would like to know
more about ways to sponsor
refugees, you should attend
a meeting to be held in
Sacred Heart Parish Hall,
Wingham on August 6th at
8:00 p.m.
This general meeting,
sponsored by "Life Line", is
open to people of all denom-
inations.
Plan to attend and take
your friends with you. There
will be someone from "Life
Line" to tell you all about it.
