We visited Gretna Green and the old blacksmith shop, famous so long for runaway marriages. Each tour group has a mock wedding performed and is posed for a marriage picture complete with bride, groom, attendants, father and mother .of the bride, and wedding guests. We arrived in Dumfries in time for dinnei- - and an appreciated overnight rest.
