CLARKE — McDONALD
Heather Lee McDonald, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don
McDonald, R.R.2, Brussels and Ronald Henry Clarke of
Hensall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clarke, of R.R.3, Zurich,
were married in Duffs United Church, Walton on
Saturday, May 26 at 7 p.m. Rev. Ed. Baker conducted the
wedding ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by
her father. The maid of honor was Mrs.Mary Walker of
Huron Park, and the bridesmaids were Elaine Clarke, of
R.R.2, Dashwood and Pat (McDonald) Bremner of Sarnia;
and Jeanne McDonald, of R.R.2, Brussels. The flower girl
was Julie Clarke. The groomsman was Mike Clarke, of
R.R.3, Zurich and the ushers were Jim McDonald, R.R.2,
Brussels and Don Clarke of Huron Park and Rick Walker of
Huron Park. the organist was Mrs. Ray Huether and the
solosit was Graeme Craig. A reception was held at the
Brussels, Morris and Grey Community Centre, Brussels
following the wedding. The couple will reside in Huron
Park.

Obituary
A.D. CAMPBELL
Archibald D. Campbell
died in the Nanaimo Hospital
Thursday, May 18. Mr.
Campbell was born in Brus-
sels May 14th 1911.
Surviving are his wife
Gladys; one son - Bruce
Campbell of Stratford and
one brother, Stanley of
Buena Park, California.
Following cremation the
ashes were sent to be
interred in the family plot at
Brussels. A simple graveside
service will be held there.

Seven Candystripers re-
ceived their caps for 50 hours
of volunteer service at the
Wingham and District hosp-
ital at an awards ceremony
held on Tuesday, May 22nd.
The candystripers were also
recognized for 75 hours, 100
hours & 300 hours of work.
Two special awards were
pre? tinted for "Quality
Candystriping" to Lori
McPherson and Juanita
Draper of Blyth. These were
voted on by first floor nurs-
ing staff and presented -by
Mrs. Lorna Cook, Reg. N.,
first floor nursing coordin-
ator.
