Watts and all their friends and neighbours for their kindnesS and sympathy during their recent bereave- ment. 24-85.1 Smiles A sign on a university bulletin board read: "Shoes are required to eat in the cafeteria." Underneath, someone had scribbled, "Socks may eat wherever they want to." A man was justifiably proud of his lawn until one year a heavy crop of dande- lions appeared. He tried everything imaginable in an effort to get rid of them, but without success. Finally in desperation, he wrote to an agricultural college, listing the remedies he had tried, and concluded with the appeal, "What shall I do now?" Several weeks later, he received this reply: "We suggest that you learn to love them." We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreci- ation to neighbours, relatives and friends for the kindness shown during the illness and recent bereavement of our dear mother. Many thanks for the lovely floral tributes cards, letters and donations to the Heart Fund and crip pled Children. Special to the staff at Kilbarchan Nursing Home for their kindly care and to the ladies of Ethel United Church for the delicious luncheon served to family and friends. Thanks also to Rev. LeDrew and Max and Barb Watts and the pallbearers and flower- bearers. —Ken and Grace, Ray and Euniece, Ian and Alva Wilbee 24-85-1 <TA 26 Personal - MARY: Have you planted your Flowers of Hope seeds yet: 26-85-1 JOHN: Come home and see how beautifully our Flowers of Hope marigolds are grow- . ing. 26-87-1 Auction Sale worthy of your attendance, of household effects from Goderich, Clinton & Kincardine, to be held at WINGHAM AUCTION CENTRE SATURDAY, MAY 19,11 A.M.
