Coins and Tut Drive 16 — THE BRUSSELS POST,MARCH 21, 1979 No charges laid in grader accident No charges were laid in an accident on Monday March 12 when the County's Champion road grader was struck in the rear on County Road 19, 1.3 kilometres north of concession 7 and 8 of Grey Township. The grader driven by Robert W. Brown of Sanderson Street, Wroxeter was backing up onto the roadway when it was struck in the rear by a 1972 green Chev driven by John Schnock of R.R. 3 Brussels. No charges were laid as the visibility was reduced due to blowing snow, Wingham O.P.P. reported. BRUSSELS Phone 887-9445 OPP lays lots of liquor charges During the week March 12-18, Officers at Wingham detachment conducted four investigations. 22 charges were laid under the Highway Traffic Act and 13 warnings were issued. 14 charges were laid under the Liquor Licence Act. At least 10 of those were in the Brussels area, the OPP said. Two charges were laid under the Criminal Code. During the week, there were twelve motor vehicle collisions which caused an estimated $20,120.00 in property damage and injuries to five persons. On Monday. Nlar 12, Robert W. Brown of W-oxeter and John J. Schnock of R.R. #3 Brussels were involved in a collision )n County Road #19, north of 2oncession 7-8, Grey township. Injured as a result of the collision were Mr. Schnock and a passenger in lis vehicle, Murray R. Hall f R.R 3, Brussels. On Monday March 12, Vesley W. Burkholder of p3lyth, was driving - a notorcyle on his property hen the vehicle skidded on ,ome ice, and the driver fell ff, receiving minor injuries. On Thursday, March 15, 'amela J. Badley of R.R.3. Valton and Kenneth A. V1cDonald of R.R. 2, Blyth 'ere involved in a collision n county road #12, south of oncession 15-16, Grey 'ownship. Pamela J.
