WILLIAM ROHDE THAMES ROAD Doris Elford, Mr. & Mrs. Ross Hargreaves, Mrs. Ross Hodgert and Mrs. William Rohde attended the Hor­ ticulture flower show at Kirkton-Woodham Com­ munity Centre Tuesday evening. Mrs. Hargreaves won several prizes for her flowers. Laurel Hodgert left Monday for Horticulture College at St. Catharines for the coming year. Mrs. Murray Dawson, Mrs. Jack Duncan, Mrs. Lome Passmore, Mrs. Reg Hodgert and Scott were at the Bluewater Rest Home Tuesday evening. Nelson Howe played his violin and Shirley Miller step-danced, and Mrs. Reg Hodgert played the piano, and Scott Hodgert played his ac­ cordion. The other ladies looked after the lunch for the birthday party. Gordon McKay, Embro was a Saturday evening guest with Mr. & Mrs. Glenn Jeffery. Mr. & Mrs. John Mclntrye, Julie and Melissa, Wood- stock were guests Sunday with Mr. & Mrs. Ross Hargreaves. Mrs. Hargreaves returned home with them and is visiting with her daughter and son- in-law Mr. & Mrs. Carl Reeves of Sweaburg and is attending the Woodstock Fair Master Harlen Tinney, Exeter spent a few days recently with his cousin Alan Hodgerl. Mrs. Minnie Elford was moved to Exeter Hospital Friday from St. Joseph’s Hospital London. We wish her a speedy recovery.
