This brings his salary to $5.75 per hour. His mileage will remain at 20 cents per‘mile. Friday Viola and Whitney Coates had as dinner guests Mr. & Mrs. Chris Donaldson, Mrs. Jim Lindsay and Miss Beatrice Hodgert, Van­ couver, B.C. Mrs. Lindsay and Beatrice are first cousins of Mrs. Coates and Mrs. Donaldson is a second cousin. For the evening Mrs. Mary Hodgert, Mrs. Wm. Sillery, Mrs. Arnold Cann and Mr. & Mrs. Reg Hodgert joined them for a social time. HEBER DAVIS SAINTSBURY Mr. & Mrs. Earl Atkinson, Lucan and Mr. & Mrs. Heber Davis attended the 100th birthday party for their cousin, Mrs. Emily Dickjns formerly of Coldwater, presently a resident at the Trillium Home, Orillia. Mrs. Dickins is in good' health and very alert. She is still interested in all that goes on around her. She received gifts from relatives in England and Australia and greetings from Queen Elizabeth as well as the Prime Minister and Premier of Ontario. On the way home they attended the Derry Day Parade in Collingwood and came around by Shelbourne where the Old Time Fiddlers contest was in progress. Baptism service was held at St. Patrick’s Church, Sunday morning for Karolyn Christine infant daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Bob Lee. During the service Robert and Jennifer Lee, sister and brother of Karolyn sang a duet. Following the service 12 relatives of the Lee family and Rev.
