Mrs. Mack is an active
member of the London
Kiwanis Senior Citizens
Recreational Centre, a
bowling club and the Bed
ford Club. They are
members of the Rowntree
United Church.
Guests were present from
London, Exeter, Lucan,
Tavistock, Stratford,
Sebringville, Kitchener,
Huron Park and Crediton.
Mr. and Mrs. Mack farm
ed on concessions 10 and 9
Stephen township. In 1950
they moved to the village of
Crediton. Mrs. Mack was
librarian at Crediton for
fourteen years and drove a
school bus for 18 years and
Mr. Mack over 20. He was a
mail contractor and served
the Crediton, Centralia, Cen
tralia Flying School and
Huron Park post offices.
Mr. Mack served overseas
during the First World War
and afterwards was assis
tant Fire Chief of Crediton.
Mrs. Mack was active in
Church and Women’s
Institute organizations. She
was president of the
Women’s Missionary Socie
ty for five years and the
Crediton Women’s Institute
and the South Huron District
Women’s Institute and is a
life member of both
organizations as well as the
Provincial organization. She
also served as Convener of
the Historical Research
Committee at Branch,

Mr. and Mrs. Mack lived
in Exeter and Crediton area
until 1974 when they moved
to London. They have four
children, Bryce of
Tavistock; Evaline, Mrs.
John McAllister; Winifred,
Mrs. Leo Jette. London and
Rosalie, Mrs. Lorry Cann,
Schroeder Creek Resort,
B.C. There are 13
grandchildren, four
predeceased and five step
grandchildren, nine great
grandchildren and thirteen
step grandchildren, a niece,
Jean, Mrs. Leroy Whitter,
Toronto and a grand
nephew, Allan Breddie,
Montreal.

Joan Marlene Kerslake and Dale Philip Skinner were united in
marriage June 10, 1978 at the Elimville United Church by
Rev. Harold Snell and Rev. Ross Hargreaves. Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Kerslake, RR 3 Exeter are the parents of the bride and
the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Skinner. The maid
of honour was Janice Davey and the bridesmaids were Joyce
Fulton, Donna Kerslake and Lori Kerslake. The flower girl was
Sarah Kerslake. The best man was Larry Skinner and ushers
were Jim Skinner, Rick Skinner and Brad Skinner. After a
wedding trip to the West Coast the couple are residing at RR

Rev. Glen Wright and Mr. Ross Hargreaves officiating. The
bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Bev Alexander, RR 1 Hensall
and the groom is the son of Mr. Bruce Ryckman and Mrs.
Christie Woodland, Toronto. Miss Agnes Bray, Exeter was
organist and Mrs. Elinor Doyle was soloist. Attending the
bride were Joanne Hodgert maid of honour, Connie Pitchell
and Janice Alexander. The best man was Kent Ryckman and
