WILSON — In loving memory of
a dear brother and uncle
Charles who left us suddenly
April 27,1977.
His smiling way and pleasant

Are a pleasure to recall
He had a kindly word for each
And died beloved by all
Someday we hope to meet him
Someday we know not when
To clasp his hand in the better

Never to part again.

WILSON — In loving memory of
Charles Wilson who passed
away April 27,1977.
God took him home, it was his
will
But in my heart I love him still.
His memory is as dear today
As in the hour he passed away.
I think of him constantly when
I’m alone
For memory is the only friend

Pays three fines
Two people paid fines for
shoplifting incidents in Ex
eter.
Garrett J. Koskamp, RR 1
St. Marys, was fined $100 or
10 days for taking a screw
driver valued at $8.95.
In addition, Koskamp was
fined $100 for being in
possession of narcotics on
February 18 and $200 or 20
days on a mischief charge.
The latter was laid after the
accused broke a plate glass
window at the Exeter OPP
office on December 18. He
was ordered to make
restitution for the damage
and was placed on probation
for six months.
David R. Luxton, Exeter,
was given a conditional dis
charge on a theft, charge laid
after he took a book from a
local variety store. He was
also placed on probation for
six months.
A charge of careless driv
ing against Stephen Scott
Banks, Stratford, was dis
missed due to lack of
evidence. He had been
charged followiing a fatal
accident on Highway 83 east
of Exeter on December 23.
The accident claimed the
life of Peter Allan Rees, 157
Main St., Exeter.
Fines of $250 were levied
against four drivers who
pleaded guilty to driving
while their blood alcohol
contept was over 80 mgs in
Exeter court, Tuesday.
However, the stiffest fine
was a $300 total paid by
Mark Eric Bulgin, RR 1
Ailsa Craig, who pleaded
guilty to dangerous driving
on July 9 of last year.
The court learned he had
been driving while standing
up in his vehicle, with his
body protruding through the
sun roof. Evasive action had
to be taken by other drivers
due to the erratic driving of
the accused.
In addition to the fine,
Bulgin had his licence
suspended for three months
by Judge W. G., Cochrane.
The Ailsa Craig man was
given 90 days in which to pay
the fine.
The drinking drivers con
victed in Tuesday’s court
were Joseph William Miller,
RR 1 Dashwood; Leonard
Ambrose Debus, Zurich;
Robert Watson, Huron Park
and Raymond Gordon Snell,
Centralia.
In addition to the $250
fines, each had his licence
suspended for three months.
Miller had a breathalizer
reading of 138 mgs, while it
was 180 for Debus and 224
for Watson.
Each man was given time
in which to pay the fine.
A fine of $100 or 10 days
was levied against Maura
Jude McVeeney, Ailsa
Craig, who was charged
with creating a disturbance
in a public place on March
28. The accused had been
refused service at an area
liquor outlet because of
previous trouble and
proceeded to use obscene
language and threw a glass.
Gary Laverne Williams,
also of Ailsa Craig, was fin
ed $200 on a charge of
obstructing a police officer.
The officer was attempting
to make an arrest of another
person, when Williams
grabbed at his clothing. He
was given 60 days to pay the
fine.
Paying the same amount
was Stephen Mark Hooper,
Ailsa Craig,, who was in
volved in the same incident
and was also charged with
obstructing a police officer.
The court was told that
