The president, Mervyn Tieman welcomed everyone and Ross Love’s group had the program. Several Don Messer films were shown with sing song during intermission. Euchre and crokinole were played. The trip was sponsored by the Crediton and District Men’s Social Club. After the con­ cert the people returned to the Community Hall for a smorgasbord lunch and an evening of fun. Reverend Pierce and Howard toured the Science Centre; Mrs. Pierce and her niece enjoyed the boutiques along recently renovated Yonge Street. Mr. & Mrs. Don Fink- beiner and family have returned from a vacation in Florida. They went as far south as Kissimmee, Disney World and Tampa. Also vacationing in the Sunshine State during Winter Break were Mrs. Earl Lippert and family, Mrs. Hugo Schenk, Cathy Gloverand Danny Galloway. The Lipperts were at Boynton Beach. The returning vacationers experienced difficulty during Ohio’s storm of freezing rain last weekend.
