T-A photo Times-Advocate, June 27( 1979 Pago 7A 1 Area pair honored on 30 th celebration The family of Ross and Grace Sararas held a sur­ prise family gathering at the home of Gerry and Gail Sararas, Exeter on Sunday in honour of their parents 30th wedding anniversary, A gift was presented from the family followed by a barbeque and an an­ niversary cake enjoyed by everyone. Those attending were Karen Sararas, Kit­ chener, Al - and Chris Sararas, Cambridge, Gerry, Gail, Jill and Jeff Sararas. Exeter, Dianne Sararas, Stratford, Don and Connie Sararas, Exeter, Steve and Jodi, Hensall celebrating this happy event. Arnold Circle meets The June meeting of Arnold Circle Evening Auxiliary was held in the school-room of Carmel Presbyterian Church on Wednesday evening with the President Mrs. Don Volland presiding. The worship was conducted by Mrs. Homer Campbell who gave an in­ teresting message on “A Tongue is like a Fire.” Plans were made to entertain guests at the September meeting A social hour followed the meeting. . du L. ,r Families meet for annual reunion picnics Scruton Reunion The Scruton Reunion was held at Seaforth on June 24 with over 50 in attendance. A delicious dinner was par­ taken of followed by sports for the children. Members of the clan attended from Port Dover Dorchester, Tillsonburg. Simcoe, Newmarket. Queensville, Dorchester, Goderich, Kitchener, Hensall, Clinton, Seaforth, and Exeter. The reunion next year will be held in the Tillsonburg area. Pepper Reunion The 32nd annual Pepper reunion was held Sunday in the Lions Parish in Seaforth, with an attendance of 30. The sports were conducted under leadership of Brenda per, Elaine Kestle helpers. It was decided to hold the picnic again next year the fourth Sunday in June at Seaforth Lions Park. Officers elected were President * Cliff Pepper; Vice-president - Glenn Pepper; Secretary-treasurer - Mrs. Cecil Pepper; Sports committee - Laurence and Lois Backer and Table committee - Mrs. Harold Taylor and Mrs. Cliff Pep­ per. Campbell Reunion Seventy members of the Campbell Clan enjoyed a reunion at Hensall Com­ munity Park on Sunday. Brian Campbell, Hensall is president and Bonnie Campbell, Exeter is Secretary. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Hodge Centralia were in charge of the sports. A hot supper was enjoyed by all. The table was centred with a “birthday cake” in honour of Mrs. Earl Campbell who was celebrating her birthday. Exeter for an enjoyable meal. After the weather cleared the members went to the home of Mr. and Mrs.Hilton where sports and business were held. Officers for J980 are President Stewart Knights; Secretary Donna Knights; Sports Peter, Doug and ^<Guaranteed Investment Certificates NOW Janet Hall. Thirty-five members of the clan were in attendance. The 1^80 reunion is tn be held the last Sunday in June at the Laing home. Members attended from: Toronto, Blenheim, Fingal, Zurich, Hensall and Exeter. McArthur Reunion Sunday members of the clan met at the Parish Hall, ably the Pep- mother Kirn.
