T-A photo Stephen programs to start next week By LYNNE FARQUHAR Things have been hopping around the Resource Centre this week with summer programs getting underway and nursery school wrapping up for the season. The Huron Park pool opened Monday for public, swimming. The pool is open Monday to Friday this week from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Regular summer swim hours will be 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. after school is out. The pool will be open on Monday this year. There are still lots of spaces open in all three sessions for swimming lessons. If you missed registration, pop on down to the pool any day this week and sign up for lessons. The juveniles ventured to Dashwood Monday night to take on Mt. Carmel and are back on home ground Thursday to host Crediton at 9 p.m. The juveniles took an early lead against Mt. Carmel Monday night but their hopes of victory were shattered whe Carmel’s bats went wild in the bottom of the fifth inning. Keep on plugging girls. The Stephen Neigh­ bourhood Nursery School youngsters were off on a tour of the Grand Bend Zoo Tuesday and wrapped up their program today, Wednesday with a graduation at the school.
