Practice songs The Youth of Zion Lutheran church held their meeting Sunday, April 22 at the “Office” with Daniel Mellecke opening it with prayer The first chapter in ‘‘Foundations for Faith” was studied. They practised the songs to be sung April 29 at Kit­ chener. Lunch and a game “Reach for the Top” were enjoyed. Travel to Kitchener A number of members from Zion Lutheran church journeyed to Kitchener Sunday for the Centennial Service at Bingeman Park. Both Senior and Junior choir members took part in the mass choir singing. ’Remember the Slide Lecture on the Holy Land Friday evening at the community centre. Personals Mr. & Mrs. Glen Webb, Mr. & Mrs. Bill Schade and Mr. & Mrs. Dave Rader were Sunday supper guests with Mr. & Mrs. Elroy Desjar-' dine, Zurich. Mr. & Mrs. Reinhold Miller spent the weekend in Kitchener with relatives. Mr. & Mrs. Joe Bruce, Windsor, spent the weekend with Mr. & Mrs. Harry Hayter and other relatives and attended the centennial in Kitchener. Mr. & Mrs. Brantford, weekend with Bob Hayter relatives. Dianne and Robbie McKnight, Exeter, spent the weekend with their grand­ parents, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Martene. Charlotte Miller, Zion, spent the weekend with her grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Irvin Rader. She returned home Sunday and her grandparents were supper guests with Mr. & Mrs. Fred Miller and girls. Mr. &Mrs. Lome Genttner visited in St. Catharines last week with relatives.
