In order to allow them the opportunity to comply with the law the rent review legislation must be extended beyond its current June 30 expiry date,*’ said Mr. Drea. “We had hoped the clause by clause examination by the general government com mittee considering the new Residential Tenancies bill would be finished in time to allow passage of this bill by the end of the month. Since this is not possible the extension of the rent review legislation must be made to ensure an orderly transition to the new system.” DON’T BE SHY COME JOIN US!
