Mr. and Mrs. Leeland Restemayer have returned home following a vacation in Florida Mrs. Greta Schade and Mrs. Marguerite Finkbeiner have returned home follow­ ing a two week bus trip to Florida. They spent a week at Bradenton and a week at Ft. Lauderdale. They also visited with Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Eagleson of Grand Bend and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Horner of Zurich who was vacationing in Florida. HUGH MORENZ Shipka Doug Russell and Trevor Owen have returned home, after a ten day business trip to London, England and Ireland. Gloria Harvey and Kevin Beierling, visited Saturday evening in Zurich with Gloria’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Adkins. Mrs. Otto* Plein and Christopher are spending a few holidays here with her parents and family. Mr. and Mrs. Ferman Snyder. David Beierling of Exeter, spent the weekend with his Grandma Mrs. Thelma Beierling and Aunt Freida. Mrs. Trellis Little and Earl Stebbins visited Friday afternoon in Exeter and were supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Cooper. Kim and Kelly Campbell spent the weekend here with their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Milton Sweitzer, while their parents Mr. and Mrs. Jim Campbell and another couple spent a pleasure weekend in Toronto. Ernest, Ann, Cheri and Michelle Morenz, of London, visited Sunday afternoon and were supper guests with their aunt and uncle, Hugh and Annie Morenz. FRED BOWDEN CENTRALIA Mr. Paul Schott continued with his sermons on The Lord’s Prayer with the topic “Give Us this Day Our Daily Bread”. In John 6 we read where Jesus said “I am the bread of life, he that cometh to me shall never hunger and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.” We were reminded that God’s work is carried on through us, are we willing to do what is required of us. Mrs. Schott told the children’s story. Bob Heywood with his accordion provided numbers that were greatly appreciated on the guitar by his listeners. He was accompanied on the guitar by Calvin Horner. The offertory music was an accordion and guitar duet by Bob and Calvin. Personals Mrs. Minnie Harrison was able to return to her home last week. She spent a week recuperating at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Don Dixon and family in Hensall, following surgery in St. Joseph’s Hospital. Mrs, Harrison was a Sun­ day evening dinner guest at the home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Harrison. Jennifer Rimmer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Rimmer was baptized in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Sunday. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rimmer and fami­ ly following the baptism were Father Charrette, Mount Carmel, Mr. and Mrs.Harold Willert. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Glavin and family, Crediton, Mrs. Lome Hicks visited with Mr. and Mrs. Orma Pollock and with Mrs. Bert Walden in Kincardine, Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs, Leonard Rimmer and son Johnnie, Hines Creek, Alberta are visiting with his mother Mrs. Bernard Rimmer and with his father, Mr, Bernard Rimmer who is a patient in South Huron Hospital.
