Spooks and goblins should be
out in great numbers on area
roads and streets Monday night
and Exeter police chief Ted Day
asks motorists to be "extra
careful" in their driving.
Day asks parents to make sure
their children wear light coloured
clothing and are able to see out of
their masks when out Hallowe'en
night,
He adds, "if Children go out
alone it would be a good idea to
give them a flashlight,"
