Cartier, London conducted the
Sunday morning worship, in the
absence of Rev. Elwood Morden,
who with Mrs. Morden was at-
tending their daughter's wedding
at Tintern Church Vineland
Ontario,
The sermon was entitled
"Spreading the Word". This can
be done in the simplest of lessons,
said Mr. Cartier, there are three
examples (1) the stories of the
Good Shepherd, (2) the Prodigal
Son, and (3) the parable of the
Sower and the Seed, also the
accounts of the Miracles of
Christ's healing and the Feeding
of the 5000, the last one being the
only one of our Saviour's
Miracles that is recorded in all
three of the Gospels.

is required to Spread the Word of
the Christian Doctrine said the
speaker, how was the word
spread in Christ's time? by the
Disciples telling others, and the
others, telling others and so on,
