The breakdown of the mill rate ia as follows: general municipal •rilte, 34.3 residential and 40.4 commercial, elementary, public and separate, 43,6 residential and 40.4 commercial, secondary, 39,0 ,residential and 43,3 com- mercial, county rate, 21.6 residential and 25.4 com- mercial, fire protection 8.5 residential and 10.0 commercial, Council tentatively approved a proposal for the straightening of part of George St, and closing of another part. However, only a small portion of the proposed changes are in the village and the remainder are in Boasanquet twp. In addition he claimed the letter accused him of running ill- kept rundown places, which he said is not true. Council explained the letter was a general one which was made broad enough to cover all complaints and was not to be taken personnally, In the past council has had problems with merely phoning people con- cerning complaints and also have Page 16 Times-Advocate GRAND BE AND DISTRICT NEWS BUFFALOBURGER CHEFS — Lawrence and Nellie Obermeyer, Cambridge, formerly of Grand Bend, found their cookin g job warmer than usual as Buffaloburgers became a main course during the Grand Bend Buffalofest Saturday.
