Call for Proposals from
Mobile Home
Subdivision Developers
Proposals are invited for the development of a 10 acre site, as
a planned mobile home subdivision to improve the availabili-
ty of suitable low cost housing. Ownership alternative in the
Town of Seaforth.
Development will be by registered plan of subdivision with
the land and dwelling sold as a unit rather than providing on
a rental or leased basis.
The selected developer will be responsible for planning site
design, landscaping, engineering, servicing, construction and
marketing of the mobile home development. An important
consideration will be demonstrated experience in this form of
development.
Letters of intent to submit a proposal for review will be
accepted until June 24, 1977, with the final selection of a
specific proposal determined by August 30, 1977.

support in the June 9th Election. I look forward to
doing my utmost to serve ALL the people of the riding
in any way possible.
I intend to resume my weekly reports from the
Legislature as soon as it is called into session. I also
would like to remind everyone that my constituency
office is open in Exeter Monday to Friday from 1 p.m.
to 5 p.m. daily, and that toll free calls can be made
from any point in the riding by asking the operator for

Monday to Friday.
Since the election we have tried to get all the roadside
"Riddell" signs taken down. I am very concerned that
this lob be completed quickly and thoroughly. If
anyone knows of any of my campaign material that is

congregational vote on the ad-
visability of forming a two-point
charge with Brinsley will be held
during the morning service June
26.
Members of the Parks Board
staged a successful chicken
barbecue in the community field,
Saturday evening. The seven
members of the board offer a
vote of thanks to the women of the
community' who' made and
donated the pies for the supper.

Isaac, was guest of honour at a
miscellaneous shower in the
schoolroom of the United Church
on Monday evening.
Mrs. S. Skinner and Mrs. M.
Buswell were the conveners and
on the program was a reading by
Mrs. Ken Greb. Music was
provided by Mrs. Earl Dixon and
the address was read by Mrs.
Lewis Tasko.
Cathy, who was assisted in
displaying the gifts by Faye Blair
and Dianne Skinner, expressed
her appreciation for the gifts.

The Clandeboye Women's
Institute is planning an evening
at the Huron Country Playhouse
on Wednesday July 27 to see the
Rogers and Raft Musical "Babes
in Arms".
The admission, including bus
fare, will be $5.00. Anyone
wishing to go please contact Mrs.

soon as possible since the tickets
are going fast. The bus leaves
Clandeboye at 7:15 p.m.
Mrs. Clarence Millson was able
to return home from St. Joseph's
Hospital on Monday.
Mr. & Mr's. Dave Kestle visited
on Sunday with Dave's brother,
Melvin and Mrs. Kestle of
Sebringville.
Jane Robertson of Lucan and
Janis Kestle of Clandeboye are
working with the Ausable Con-
servation Authority for the
summer.
The Clandeboye Ladies Ball
team won their game with Nairn
on Thursday night by a score of 7-
3. The team plays this week at
Parkhill Wednesday night and at
Poplar Hill, Thursday night.
Their next home game is with
Poplar Hill Sunday night, June
19.
There will be no service at
Clandeboye United Church this
Sunday, June 19, due to
UWO GRADUATE — Sheryl M.
Gilbert, daughter of Mrs. Erma
Gibbs, Parkhill, graduated from
the University of Western Ontario
June 8 with a Honours Bachelor
of Arts degree in physical educ-
tion. Sheryl will be attending
Althouse College in the fall.

Carlisle United Church
celebrated its 119th anniversary
on Sunday. The Rev. John Davies
of Stratford was the guest
preacher at the 11 a.m. service.
Members of the Ailsa Craig
congregation joined with Carlisle
for this special occasion.
Recently the Ailsa Craig
United Church observed their
111th anniversary at which time
the Rev. Glen Stewart of Ker-
wood was the guest preacher.
On June 5 the Ailsa Craig
and Explorer girls and
their leaders presented their
annual gift to missions at the
morning service. Their gifts this
year are given to world
development. In addition
C.G.1.T. members are supporting
a Chinese girl, Ng Yeuk Wan,
through the United Church's
Hong Kong Child Sponsorship
program at a cost of $144 a year.
June 26 is the last Sunday of
regular Sunday School classes
before the summer vacation.
Awards will be given on that day
in the church service.
The church ladies have also
been busy baking cookies for
Thamesford Lodge in London
where out of town cancer patients
may spend overnight. Gifts of
magazines, cosmetics, has ti-
notes, tooth paste, etc. were also
being gathered to help make
patients' stay more comfortable
while at Thamesford.
Mrs, Dorothy Nott, R.R. 2 Lucan
will be remembered for her
Sunshine School on Television
and well known to many boys and
girls down through the years,
She also has had her own
private nursery school in
Berkshire Village, London, The
school finally closed its doors on
Monday and was celebrated at
the Nott farm by the graduating

Simpson, daughter of Mr. and

Lucan, graduated from the
University of Western Ontario
with a Honours Bachelor of Arts
degree in Sociology, June 6.
