They Mr. Bill Batten, Exeter Times-Advocate, EXETER, Ontario Dear Bill: • As Secretary-Treasurer for the Hensall Fair Board I would like to correct your statement made in the paper last week. We, The Fair Board have not picked a winner in the June 9th election. Mr. Riddell was asked to open our Fair in Feb. as was Mr. McKinley last year. Both of these men are very busy and must be asked well in advance. It takes several weeks to compile our Prize lists and get them printed up and this was done long before an election was called. Perhaps next time you print something of this nature you would take time to get all the facts before publication. Yours truly Gladys McGregor Secretary-Treasurer Hensall-South Huron Agricultural Society P.S. I would like this printed in the June 9th edition of your paper.
