T-A photo The Chinese Mission to Canada is a follow-up to the China- Canada Ofains Symposium held in Leith* and Canton late in 1975. The Symposium helped to strengthen the bond of friendship and understanding that has been established over, the years bet- ween China and Canada. It is expected that the current reciprocal mission by en- couraging and exchange of technical information will also continue to strengthen this friendly relationship, This relationship' is based on the sharing of experiences and on mutual understanding and respect between the two coun- tries. The Mission to Canada is designed to provide ChineSe specialists with technical and practical information on the livestock and poultry industries in both Western and Eastern Canada. It is a study-tour program which will enable participants to learn about Canadian equipment and operations by observing commercial and research facilities related to swine, poultry, ruminant and animal feed production.
