Miss Leona Alderson of Oshawa visited with her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Roy Alderson Four Exeter girls helped Bunny Bundle towards its goal by holding a cake raffle. Kim Livingstone, Laurie Stephens, Kelly Livingstone, and Lynn Stephens baked two cakes and sold tickets on them, realizing $35 for crippled children. Shirley Wright and Ruth Forbes held the winning tickets. Mr. & Mrs. Robert Johnston, Chris and Jeffrey visited Mr. & Mrs. Lorne Johnston, Sunday. Mrs. Irene Harness spent the holiday weekend in London with her daughter Mrs. Jim Anderson and family. Sunday visitors with Mr. & Mrs. Norman Heaman were Mr. & Mrs. Charles Heaman and Jef- frey, Port Dover, Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Heaman, London and Mx'. & Mrs. Harold Wurm and John and Mr. & Mrs. Melvin Edwards all of Exeter. Misses Nancy Alexander, Toronto and Janice Alexander, London spent the holiday weekend with their parents Mr. & Mrs. Bev Alexander. Groups U and C of the United Church Women catered to the Exeter curling banquet Thursday evening at Kirkton-Woodham Community Centre. Quite a number from this community attended the Good Friday evening church service at Elimville. The choir assisted the Elimville choir and rendered an anthem. Miss Agnes Bray provided piano music and Mrs. Philip Johns presided at the organ. Mrs.. Mary Hodgert, Exeter spent the weekend with Mr. & Mrs. Rick Parker; Mr. & Mrs. Arnold Cann and Brad were Sunday guests with the Parker's. Mr. & Mrs. William Rohde" were Sunday evening guests with Mr, & Mrs. Earl Bennewies, Brodhagen. Mr. & Mrs. Howard Cunnington and family were Sunday guests with Mrs. Fred Cunnington, Centralia, Mrs. Helen Caswell and Bobby, London were Friday guests and Mr. & Mrs. Case de mooy and Shari, London were Sunday guests with Mr, & Mrs. Alvin Passmore. Mrs. Minnie Elford is a patient in South Huron Hospital, Exeter. Mr. & Mrs. Bowering, Toronto, Dr. & Mrs. Ted Flowers, Strat- ford attended the Easter service on Sunday morning. They are friends of Rev, Barry and Mrs. Robinson. Mrs, Hazel Jeffery has moved hack to her home in this com- munity: Mr. & Mrs, Ray Cann and Cheryl arrived home recently after having enjoyed a trip to Florida. Mr. & Mrs. Ray Cann and Cheryl spent Sunday and Monday with Mrs. Peter Ferguson, Guelph. Miss Bernadette Henshaw spent Thursday evening and Friday with Miss Cheryl Cann. Mrs. Reg Hodgert was hostess at her home for a miscellaneous shower on Saturday evening for Mr. & Mrs. Brian Smith (nee Mary Ann Cann) who were married recently.
