Pontiac, Michigan. Saturday
they visited Mrs. Cunningham's
brother, Austin Smith of Toronto

Quebec by air.

Craigholme Nursing Home, Ailsa
Craig, celebrated her birthday at
the home of her son, Mr. & Mrs.
Bruce Henry and family. Her

and groom left for London,
England Monday where Gerry is
employed by Kellogg Inter-
national. Gerry has many friends
in this community and our wishes
go with them.

to a good start Thursday night at
Lucan Public School. More

Due to the storm the Clan,-
deboye Women's Institute was
postponed and will be held Mon-
day, January 17, at 2 p.m. in the
United Church. Farmer Bill of
Shipka will be the guest speaker,
his topic, "The Growing and Care
of House Plants". He will bring a
supply of small potted cuttings
which will be for sale. Members
are asked to bring a friend or two
with them.
