The Exeter Times-Advocate, 1976-06-10, Page 26The Success of the South Huron Recreation Centre
depends on one person
This Centre will provide many services for the
South Huron Community. These are just a few:
• Banquets
• Roller Skating
• Meeting Area
• Wedding &
Anniversary Receptions
• Hockey Facilities
• Figure Skating
• Display Areas
Most forms of recreation involve participation
with other people, whether it's a hockey game or
a craft show or a bake sale or any one of hundreds
of other activities. That's why it is imperative for
the residents of South Huron to have a centre that
is capable of handling practically any community
activity you can think of.
A recreation centre will be a lasting benefit
for all South Huron Residents
The arena closing has brought recreational facilities to an all-
time low . . . a situation that can be corrected with your help.
Residents of South Huron need a recreation centre that will
serve as the focal point for a wide range of community
activities.
plus many other
important uses
Plans are underway now to build a centre that
will be able to provide a long list of
recreational services, but it cannot be done
without the financial support of the South
Huron community.
A canvasser will be asking
for your investment soon.
Please give generously.
