The president Mrs. Rea Stephens presided and the meeting opened with the singing of the Institute Ode and repeating the Mary Stewart Collect. The roll call was answered by payment of membership fees for the coming year. Mrs. Bill Spence gave a report on the District Executive Meeting she attended.
