machine containing 518 tiny needle-like •
knives which invisibly sever the connec-
tive tissue of the meat. This machine
adds nothing to the meat, takes nothing
away, causes no change in taste, tex-
ture or colour. No chemicals or other
additives are used.
COOKS QUICKER. because it is mechanically
tenderized, the natural juices flow more
freely through the meat, thereby reducing
the cooking time. We recommend the use of
caoogokoin. good meatThermometer to monitor the
• IS PRICED LOWER because it can be pro-
duced at considerable reduced costs to the
primary beef producer. Tender Lean, Grade
"C" Beef can be marketed at prices up to
50" per pound lower than Grade "A" beef.
