I am letting my name stand for the position of Com-
missioner with the Exeter Public Utilities.
My qualifications for this position are based on my ex-
perience gained on the following organizations:
• Exeter Board of Trade - two years as president
• Exeter Town Council - 1957 to 1960 inclusive
• Mid-Western Association - President 1964-65
• R, E. Pooley Branch - Royal Canadian Legion - executive
member
• EXETER PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - since 1963
I have represented area Public Utilities on the following
organizations.
• District #7 Ontario Municipal Electric Association - President
1975
• Provincial Ontario Municipal Electric Association - second
vice President 1976
• Ontario Municipal Water Association - President 1976
I have been a business man in the Town of Exeter for the
past twenty years and am now retired and believe I have the
time to devote to properly represent the people-of Exeter as a
Commissioner of the Exeter Public Utilities,
If elected, I will try to give you the same quality of ser-
vice that you have received in past years. I would appreciate
your support on Dec. 6, '76.

THAT'S A LOT OF TOOTHPICKS—Paul Geddes, left, has a lot of patience. He built the pioneer
farmstead scene he is working on including a fence, entirely from toothpicks. Bernie MacLellan pre-
ferred to work with something more substantial, the stone house in the background is one of his
masterpieces. Both the boys are students at the Huron Centennial school and were taking part in
the grade eight's Pioneer Day last week.
