By MRS. E. SUMMERS
At St. Thomas Anglican
Church, Rev. Mary Mills con-
ducted the morning prayer and
took her sermon from the Acts
of the Apostles Chapt. 27 v. 25I
"Where fore sirs be of Good
Cheer for I believe God, that it
shall be even as it was told me':
This was referring to the dream
that Paul had on his journey to
Rome as a prisoner, when all who
were aboard the ship nearly
perished in a bad storm. Paul
interpreted this dream as a
conviction that God wanted, him
to reach Rome to preach the
Gospel, said Rev, Mills.
The children's story was a
Bible Story on the scripture
lesson and the singing of an ac-
tion song entitled "Love is
something when you give it
away",
Morning Prayer will com-
mence at 8:15 a.m. next Sunday,
August 23.

congregation are invited to join
