An application for an official
plan amendment was given
approval by Tuckersmith
Township Council Tuesday night.
The amendment was requested
by the Kleinfeldt Group on behalf
of Douglas Morgan of.Clinton who
wants to expand his mobile home
park on the front part of Lot 45,
concession two of the township,
The amendment would change
the zoning of his property from
agriculture to residential.
The property is located on the
south' side of the Vanastra
perimeter road, immediately
south of Vanastra.
Mr. Morgan purchased the
park, which was created about
twenty years ago, in 1969, It is

Westelaken, Brucefield, garage
and workshop; Brian D, Gowan,
Harpurhey, mobile home and
addition installed on permanent
foundation; and William Rath-
well, new front for shop in
Brucefield.
Road Superintendent, Allan
Nicholson, was authorized to
remove the cement base of the
former guard house at Vanastra,
used when it was an air force
station. The base is at the
Vanastra perimeter road en-
trance on the south side of the
complex.
Mr. Nicholson reported that
four`teenagers of the government
sponsored S.W.E.E.P. program
will be working for two days
clearing brush from the banks of
the Hayfield River at the Hannah
Bridge. The Ausable-Bayfield

home Sunday after being in
Victoria Hospital, London, for a
month. Arnold Keller returnedp
home Friday after being
hospitalized two weeks at South
Huron Hospital, Exeter.
Visitors for the past three
weeks with Mr. & Mrs. Rudy
Zondag, were her sister, Han De
Koning and her friend Netty
Litsenberg, of Rotterdam
Holland. They-left for home last
Tuesday.
Mrs. Ed Turnbull is a patient in
Strathroy Hospital.

accompanied by her sister and
