The Environmental Assessment Board will conduct a public hearing to obtain information and to hear the views of the public so that it can make recommendations in respect of the proposed sewage works. Written and oral submissions may be made to the Board at the hearing, The Board will not con- sider any submissions regarding the proposal after the hear- ing has been closed.
