The building is to be insulated, prefabricated steel frame and roof set on reinforced concrete footings with con- crete slab floor. The main floor of the building is 9,- 600 square feet and the lower level is 3,200 square feet. Work is to be completed by December 31st, 1976. Tenders will be received up to 2 p.m. local time, Friday July 30, 1976, at the office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, 435 Grand Avenue West, P.O. Box 1168, Chatham, Ontario, Tendering documents may be obtained from: Ministry of Natural Resources Pinery Provincial Park RR 2 Grand Bend, Ontario. A deposit of $25.00 payable to the Treasurer of Ontario is required for a set of tendering documents and specifications and plans. The deposit will be refunded if the documents are returned in good condi- tic-i within 15 days of the tender validity expiration date. The successful tender may be required to furnish a performance bond, Further details are contained in the tender documents. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Access study due in month A study of public day-use ac- cess to Lake Huron along 60 miles of shoreline in Huron and Bruce counties likely will be released in about a month, Howard Lancaster, forest and lands management supervisor with the Wingham district office of the Ontario natural resources ministry, said Tuesday final touches are being put on the document and he expects it will be released by mid-August. "They're just fixing the spelling and should have it to us in a month ," according to word his office has received from the ministry's London office, he said. The long-delayed study originally was scheduled to be completed by February but in- ternal study within the ministry delayed its release, The study will look in general terms at the shoreline from just south of Kincardine to Grand Bend and determine where public demand for access to the lake exceeds land that is available, The study is believed to be the forerunner of a land acquisition program aimed at improving public access for such day-use activities as bathing and boating. The only major area of public land on the 60-mile shoreline is the 500-acre Point Farms Provincial Park just north of Goderich. Suspends licences An Exeter man, Creighton Beck, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with an alcohol content of over 80 mgs in Exeter court, Tuesday, and was fined $200 or 20 days in jail. In addition, his licence was suspended for three months. Beck was given two months in which to pay the fine. Another $200 fine was levied against John Q. Burley, Goderich, who pleaded guilty to travelling at a speed of 100 in a 50 zone. His right to a licence was also suspended for 30 days. Floyd S. Costain, Huron Park, was fined $43 or four days for failing to report an accident in which he was involved. His vehicle sustained damage listed at $1,500 in a single-car accident on May 2, Thomas Anthony McVeeney, Ailsa Craig, was given a suspended sentence and placed on probation for 12 menths after pleading guilty to mischief. He was charged with pulling the siding off a building in Crediton. Damage was less than $50. In the only other case before the court, Harold Leroy Burgess was ordered to enter a bond of $500 and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for 12 months, s 11, , 1-1 11A al I _ 235-1331 S S ACTION CENTRE MART — ANTIQUES — Located on Highway No, 4 North of Exeter PRIMITIVES - FURNITURE COLLECTIBLES - NOSTALGIA — BUY, SELL, TRADE — *DO-IT-YOURSELF REFINISHING CENTRE Quality Wood Finishing Products Prepared With You In Mind. —Minwax - Deft -18 Century - P.V.R. —Accessories (steelwool, sandpaper, glue, etc.) *AUCTIONS WITH ACTION EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE Complete or Partial Estates in our Auction Room or Your Premises "You Name The Day — We Make It Pay" Drop in or Phone 672-3566 Bill and Lavarre Clark Shop Open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Fri. - Sat. - Sun.
