The administration was directed to start procedures for the sale of the building and property next year. Fire strikes Craigholme addition Tuesday, December 23rd, the Ailsa Craig Fire Department was summoned to the Craigholme Nursing Home to put out a fire on the roof of 'a new addition presently under construction. Earlier in the day, workmen had put fresh tar on the roof. About 9:15 p.m, flames were seen on the roof of the addition. No damage was suffered to the nursing home itself. Evidence indicates that children had been playing on top of the roof shortly before the fire.
