sing. Rev. R. Brewster read from
Zechariah 4:6. "Not by might nor
by power but by my spirit saith
the Lord of hosts. When God does
something He doesn't really need
mans help He is capable of doing
anything by His Spirit. The
Church of Jesus Christ is growing
because of His Spirit. If God has a
work that he wants to do He will
do it by His Spirit. There is no
obstacle that can overcome Him.
Sunday evening Miss Judi
Henry sang "Tears". Rev.
Brewster gave a short talk asking
the question Why is God so good
to His people?
God's love is different from
love given between people. No
matter who we are Jesus loves
us, we are precious to Him,

Rev. Ewart Madden in his.
message to the congregation
Sunday morning said that "some
people are blessed with the
ability of remembering names
and faces.
The Queen Mother made you
feel, when talking to you, that
everyone else was pushed back
and you had her complete at-
tention." He asked the question
"Is this lack of concentration?"
He said "if we find a lack of
Christian love in the community
or the Church we sometimes feel
like backing off but stay with it,
exercising Christian love
yourself, building bridges of
friendship in Christ.
Next Sunday, November 2, the
Friendship Unit will serve their
