Funeral services were held
Saturday from Lindsay funeral
home for Mrs. Bertha Hanson
who passed away early Friday
morning at St. Marys Memorial
Hospital. Mrs. Hanson lived on
King Street for many years
before moving to St. Marys three
years ago.

The Granton Cubs spent the
weekend at a Cob Camperee at
Everton. Sixty boys attended
from Granton, Kingston, Kit-
chener and St, Agatha,
Congratulations go to Sandy
Westman for standing first in the
observer's test. Jay Hayden
received a plaque for showing a
good cub effort. Mrs, Doreen
McRoberts and Mrs. Pat Harlton,
the cub leaders said the boys
should be congratulated on their
excellent behavior and par-
ticipation,

nesday afternoon in the United
Church basement with 18

trip they had the misfortune to
have engine trouble 10 miles
from shore. Two hours later and
a lot of hard rowing they reached
shore and summoned help to get

hearing beginning on November 4, 1975 at the Chateau
Laurier, Ottawa, Ontario to consider the following matter:

Application for authority to change the location of the head-
end site of its cable television broadcasting undertaking ser-
ving Exeter, Centralia and Huron Park, Ontario.

Exeter, Ontario.
INFORMATION ON APPLICATIONS
Right to comment: Under the Commission's Rules of
Procedure for public hearings, any person who is in-
terested In an application may file a written intervention
with the Commission for the purpose of supporting, op-
posing or requesting a modification of the application.
Also, anyone may file In writing a complaint or other
representation to the Commission respecting broad-
casting matters to be considered at this Public Hearing.
Such interventions or representations should contain
the name, address and telephone number of the per-
sons submitting the document and be sent to the un-
dersigned at the Canadian Radio Television Commis-
sion, 100 Metcalfe Street, Ottawa, Ontario Kl A ON2.
All interventions and representations concerning
matters to be considered at this Public Hearing must
be received at the COmmission Office by October 20,
1975. Also, all interventions and representations,which
concern or affect any application of an applicant shown
on this Notice must be served on such applicant per-
sonally or by registered mall on or before October 20,
1975.
It is necessary to attach the postal or messenger
receipt, or other proof of service to the copy filed With
the CRTC giving proof that the applicant has received
his copy.
While there is no specific form which Interventions
Must follow, the Commission's Rules of Procedure re-
quire that interventions describe the Interest of the in-
tervenor and contain a clear and concise statement of
the relevant facts and grounds upon which the in-
tervenor's support for, opposition to or propOsed
modification of the application is based.
Viewing of documents: Anyone can view the
applications at either the office of the CRTC, 100 Met-
calfe Street, ROom 1601, Ottawa, Ontario or at the local
address given in this Notice for examination of the
application.
Procedure at Hearings: The CRTC Rules of Procedure
