Yearbook '76 will. be arriving any day now and indications are it's one of the best books ever, Nevertheless yearbook '76 is Memories of last year near already in progress. This year's editors are Greg Lpve and myself. However our operation started in August with a one week Seminar at The University of Acadia, in VVolfvilla, Nova \Scotia. The week was set up so that we learned various aspects of yearbook design, style, layout and color. We also had to prepare a layout for 16 pages of our '76 yearbook. From, this conference we have learned many new and in- teresting concepts to portray in this year's yearbook, Very shortly they will go on sale for the low price of $5.00. One interesting fact is that the yearbook has not risen in price in the last five years. You still get a memory book of treasures for a nominal• fee, but its value will far surpass its price in years to come, The most important part of the yearbook are its pictures. Working in photography are Mr. Perry and his photo club, Doug cker, , Cynthia Gunn, Liz. Deichert and our staff advisor Mr. Marshall. T-A photo. By JOANN ONDREJICKA It happens every year one way or another, This year, everyone who went under the standards of not being a grade nine took a great interest in the small fry of the school, namely the grade nines, Initiation started a few days previous to the designated day, which wasn't supposed to hap- pen, but unfortunately for the year I's, did! When the big day (long awaited for by some, but dreaded by others) rolled around, some grade nines had already been through the works. If you were of the initiating class you were required to get on the bus gowned in dad's old white shirt, jeans, a tie of your own color choice and a pair of rubber boots, preferably cleaned before hand. Getting along to the hair style, the grade nines had only two choices, either three ridiculous pig tails or very, well , carols, shining locks, tying shoe greased hair.
