This week we'll try and bring our readers up to date with some
"loose ends" that we are still working on. First of all is the case
of the "missing records".
We published a letter from one of our readers on June 19
regarding the non-arrival of record albums from the MULL
SINGING CONVENTION in Knoxville, Tennessee. After many
letters from our readers and ourselves had been completely ig-
nored by this firm, 'we passed the complaint along to a fellow
open line columnist in the States.
From there we contacted the Tennessee Chamber of
Commerce, and now we have recently received a very nice letter
from the Tennessee Better Business Bureau to inform us that they
are now aware of the situation and are looking into our reader's
complaint, so hopefully this will finally get him the long overdue
records, or failing that, his money refunded in full.
Well, hope springs eternal, so they say. At least we're happy
in knowing that the B.B.B. is now in our reader's corner, because
if anyone can get some action in this case we're sure that these
professional people can. Again, we'll let our readers know the
final outcome, which we sincerely hope will be very soon and
' also that it has a happy ending.

I answered an advertisement in the London Free Press,
concerning bedwetting and a brochure arrived from Cana-
dian Enuresis Ltd. in Windsor. It told about everything ex-
cept how their programme works. Also, it said, a counsellor
would call on us on June 4, but he never arrived and we
have received no explanation.
I discussed this organization with my doctor and he had
no information concerning them, but suggested that I write
your column and ask you about this firm.
After making some enquiries re. this firm we have not come up
with anything detrimental, in fact we have found out that they
have been favourably quoted in the Ann Landers column and
several national publications.
Their manager for this area is a Mr. Vince Fowler, who states
that he is, "completely baffled" as to why your appointment was
never kept. However after apologizing most profusely, he said
that they would very much like to send a counsellor to your home
in Exeter to examine your child and to determine if they feel they
can be of help or not. He emphatically stated that they would
welcome the presence of your, doctor.
He further claims that you are under no obligation whatever,
so in view of that, we can't see what you have Jo lose by making
another appointment. However that's your decision to make and
"IMPACT" does not wish to influence you.

"IMPACT" is greatly indebted to the many loyal T-A readers
who have made it a successful column, thus far, and a good rase
in point occurred recently when one of our readers (a well known
retired bank manager) was kind enough to contact us and point
out that a question we answered a few weeks ago was not as ex-
plicit as it might have been.
The letter and answer that he referred to appeared in
"IMPACT" of July 31, and the subject was dormant bank ac-
counts. We neglected to point out the fact that funds transferred
to Ottawa from dormant bank accounts CAN BE CLAIMED at
ANYTIME provided ownership is proven, and also that, from
time to time lists are published in Canadian daily newspapers
showing dormant bank accounts that the government is trying to
trace.
Again we say thanks to this reader for this valuable piece of
information. To you sir, we tip "Oar Scottish Bonnet,"
Readers are reminded that ALL letters addressed to this
column will receive a personal reply, provided you enclose
a STAMPED, ADDRESSED ENVELOPE.
