AND MRS. JAMES RICHARD McCANN Debra Elizabeth Hern and James Richard McCann were united in marriage, July 12 at Mt. Carmel, Debra is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hem, Exeter and James is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William McCann, Mt. Carmel, Joyce Fulton, Elimville was matron of honour and Dan McCann, Mt. Carmel was best man, Other attendants were Cheryl Hem, London, Karen Tieman, RR3, Dashwood, Michael Tiernan, RR3, Dashwood and Robert McIntosh, Mt. Carmel. After a honeymoon to Northern Ontario the couple will reside in Mt. Carmel. MR. AND MRS. ALBERT N. GROSE The marriage of Bonnie Doreen Watson and Albert Newton Grose took place July 12 at Brinsley United Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Watson, RR2, Ailsa Craig and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Orville Grose, RR2, Denfield. The maid of honour was Bonnie Scrimgeour of London and the ushers were Ed Watson and Harvey Railings. The organist was Douglas Lewis and the soloist Gor- don Sinclair of London. After a honeymoon to the Thousand Islands, the couple will reside in London. MR. AND MRS. RicHArip THORNTON Lucan Pentecostal Church was the scene of the June 28 wedding of Theresa Marlene Butler and Richard Davis Thornton. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Butler of Lucan and the groom is the son of Rev, and Mrs. Elvin D. Thornton, presently ministering in Argen- tina. The groom's father, Rev, Thornton, officiated assisted by Rev. Ray Brewster. Bridal attendants were Mrs. Sherry Reid of Watford, Mrs. Becky Brewster of Lucan, and Karen Mason of Lucan. Groomsman was Rev. Bill Cochrane of Lucan with Robert Holland and John Holland of Lucan acting as ushers. Bonnie Nauta of Strothroy was guest soloist with her husband Ron at the piano. Following the wedding trip, the couple made their residence in Exeter. MR. AND MRS. BRIAN PRICE Marlene Fraser and Brian Price were united in marriage July 11 at Kirkton United Church with Rev. Grant Dawson officiating. Marlene is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Keith Fraser, RR1, St. Marys and Brian is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Price, Seaforth, Miss Nancy Fraser, RR1, St. Marys was maid of honour and Mr. Keith Price, Seaforth was best man. Other attendants were Miss Marguerite McLean, London; Miss Diane Grinney, Brantford; Mr. Myles Price, Seaforth; and Mr. Murray Fraser, RR1., St. Marys. Organist was Miss Agnes Bray, RR1, Kirkton and Mrs. Janice Harder, London was soloist, A reception followed at the Kirkton-Woodham Community Centre. IAN JAMES TURNBULL Exeter United Church was the setting for the July 12, 1975 wedding of Susan Tuckey and Ian J. Turnbull. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Tuckey, Exeter, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E, R. Turnbull, Thornhill, Ontario. Rev. Harold Snell assisted by the groom's grandfather, Rev. J. M. Laird, officiated while Mrs, Dorothy Wildfong provided the music.
