Surprise cutlets are prepared
all over France by thrifty
housewives, who prepare them
with leftover roast or boiled
chicken,veal, lamb or beef,
If you use leftover meat, you
should reduce cooking time
accordingly. These cutlets can be
prepared ahead of time and then
frozen, thereby reducing last
minute preparation to a
minimum.

The difference between a
genuine velvet or suede and a
flocked fabric can easily be
determined by checking the
backing which is usually a
knitted cotton fabric. Before
buying, shoppers should make
sure that such garments are
guaranteed dry-cleanable
without any loss of adhesive or
surface finish.
