This under-cutter, sometimes called the

It works in temperatures as hot as 85°
it works in extreme dust conditions. It works
under torturous load stresses, And it's been

"These questions and answers, based on Ontario law, ore

case may change the application of the low."
We are a group of concerned residents of Huron In-
dustrial Park and we have just received requests from
the Ontario Development Corporation for the amount of
$24.00 in back taxes.
We are very indignant about this as we have always
understood that this was included in our monthly rent
payments. We feel that we should not have to pay this,
as there is nothing stated in our leases about back taxes.
Please tell us what rights we have in this matter.
Apparently the reason for these taxes that you speak of, is
because the Stephen tax rate has increased considerably, csnd
although the rate was set in May 197.5, what the residents of
Huron Park are being charged for is arrears from January
1975.
There 'doesn't appear to be anything that can be done
about this matter, however you could contact the Clerk of
Stephen Township. W. Wein at 234-6331.

I bought a new hearing aid in Toronto from a man
who calls himself an audiologist, Personally I think he's
just a high pressure salesman because the machine he
sold me is not worth a d- with the result I have to use
my old one.
I've had it back to the company for, repairs twice but
it hasn't done any good. I've demanded my money back
but so far •l seem to be up against a brick wall.
Is there any way you can help me please because ob-
viously a hearing aid that doesn't work is absolutely
useless and I've paid out a great deal of money for
nothing. I'm certainly sorry that I paid for it in full by
cheque, otherwise I just wouldn't make any payments.
I'm at my wits end and if you can do anything for me
I'll be most grateful.
The Ontario Hearing Aid Association contacted this com-
pany, who in turn sent out their branch manager to re-test
your hearing. The result is, a brand new machine with which
you are apparently very satisfied.
"IMPACT' is pleased to have been of some assistance with
this problem; we're only sorry that you didn't think to write us
sooner.

The superintendent of the aprartment building where
I live has all of a sudden decided to lock the back door t
from the inside. I find this extremely inconvenient
because the parking lot is located at the rear of the
building. I've spoken to him about this and asked him to
get keys made but this he refuses to do.
I told him that if it had been this way at the begin-
ning of my lease I would never have moved in, Anyway,
all this has done no good because he is very adamant
about . keeping it locked and says he has rio intention of
-getting keys made.
We contacted this superintendent who gave us the same
answers, "The door is staying locked," he told us, "to keep
out undesirables." Apparently he's found quite a few
prowlers of late and he claims that the rest of the tenants
realize he has taken this precaution for the safety and well •
being of everyone who resides here,
If you are able to obtain a petition signed by the majority
of the residents, he MIGHT consent to get keys made, He „
Made no definite promises regarding this, but it may be worth
a try.
