Explorer news
The Explorer group deserve a
lot of credit for the industrious
way they worked to prepare for
their "Penny Sale and Bazaar" to
aid the Bunny Bundle fund, also
for their enthusiasm in operating
the sale.
By the number of people who
attended, and the interest shown,
the venture proved a great
success.
Most of the articles in the
penny sale were made by the
girls themselves. They included
art, needlecraft, crochet, and all
kinds of knick-knacks.
The Bazaar table articles,
home baking, etc., were donated
by interested friends. Credit not
only goes to the girls themselves
but to their leaders Mrs. Robert
Harloff, Mrs. John Drost and
Mrs. Martin Vanderminen.
